The project is structured into four phases:

  • Phase I, in which the preliminary design was prepared and the   technology to be used was selected, the instrumentation focus was defined and the project master plan was drawn up
  • Phase II, in which the pilot project was executed, and the instrumentation design was drafted
  • Phase III, where the calculation and estimate models were developed, as well as the start-up of the monitoring system
  • Phase IV, in which the models generated will be put into operation

As a consequence of the investigations planned, the following outcomes are expected to be achieved:

  • Technological improvement in processes not studied and followed by a concession
  • Knowledge of the performance of the structures of the concession in  real time
  • Preparation of emergency protocols for the operating personnel in the case of alarms
